...and I'm ticked off that I wasn't in the audience to get one. This may have been a repeat, I don't know, but I was watching yesterday when she did her best of suff show--the best macaroni and cheese, the best pie, the best jewelry, etc. Among one of the best she featured was TiVo. Oprah sang the praises of it and TiVo gave each audience member (300 of them) one. Even better than that, but only for one lucky person, she gave away a Mini Cooper as well.

I saw the show as well --- it was recorded it for me as a suggestion (which I thought was funny since "TiVo" was in the description --- I wonder if "TiVo" is part of everyone's suggestions algorithm).

I found it interesting that they said the value of each unit was $399, so it sounds like it's not coming with a subscription. Not sure if the average audience member, who probably never heard of TiVo before, would understand they needed to purchase one to get the real value of their TiVo.

Oprah did seem to love TiVo (who wouldn't???) and I loved the diamonds!! :)

Ah, I guess it was a repeat. I did a search but didn't see that one since the only place I searched was in Now Playing.

It said "first run" "repeat" in my guide data --- which always seems a bit contradictory to me.
