DTC-100 Integration

I doubt there is much demand for this yet, but I would like to put this out on the table. I have an RCA DTC-100 set top box which is a combination Direct-TV receiver and a high definition digital channel receiver. It can receive and down convert the local off the air digital channels to traditional NTSC for viewing on an analog TV or recording on a device such as TIVo.
I would like to see the local digital channels in the TIVo program schedule so I could record off the digital channels instead of off the analog channels. The video quality is noticably better on the digital broadcast over the analog. I know I can set up a manual recording to record off the digital channels but that would not have the same convenience as the analog channels if thats all I could do.
Another problem with the DTC-100/TIVo integration is that switching between the over-the-air broadcasts (both analog and digital) and the Direct-TV channels requires an Input key command to the DTC-100. I would like TIVo to be smart enough to send the Input key to the DTC-100 when switching between the lower channel range (1-99) and the higher Direct-TV channel range (100-999). TIVo would need to keep track of which channel range was last commanded to the DTC-100 so it could stay in sync with it. I know the ideal situation would be to have a remote command to the DTC-100 that would cause it to go directly to the desired input instead of toggling between the inputs. Then TIVo would be able to control it better.
Thats all for now. I'll hold off on further suggestions until the new software upgrade. It looks like it takes care of many other comments I have.
