I'm going thru the free month process, and everything works great except the photo feature. For some reason, the "Publish my photos" check box is grayed out, preventing me from activating it. All the meanwhile, the music feature works great. I checked TiVo's site for troubleshooting tips, but couldn't find anything. I'm using a Mac running OS 10.2, TiVo Desktop 1.0, and iPhoto 2.

Have you followed ALL the steps in this guide from tivo.com. Pay particular attention to the first note after step 5.

*make sure that you have opened and made a change to at least one iPhoto album after installing TiVo Desktop.
