Maybe someone has already thought of this, but here goes.

My son often leaves the picture paused for some time. Since we have a big projection TV I worry about burning in the image. How about having a settable time that if you leave it paused too long you get a TiVo screen saver? Dare I say you could even show screens from Tivoloution magazine or (gasp) ads for shows? Just have some icon (moving) on the screen to show this is the screen saver and any key on the TiVo remote restores your pause. Of course, you could also turn it off if you don't like it!

Just a thought.
