My TiVo recently became unable to use the TurboNet card to make its daily call.

I've got my prefix set to ,#401, and it completes the first 2 steps but then fails. It was working at one point.

I can ping my Tivo, and it can ping IP addresses. What site/address does it access to get the program guide from the Internet?

Hi,

Telnet into the tivo and try to ping 66.218.71.90 (it isn't tivo but is a test).

If that doesn't work try running the following line and then running ping again:

/sbin/route.tivo add default gw <ip address of router>

This morning I couldn't ping 66.218.71.90, so I I ran

/sbin/route add default gw 192.168.0.1

/sbin/route.tivo doesn't exist, don't know why. Anyway, after adding the default gateway I could ping the IP, but still no go for making the test call.
