Great episode.
I hope that Omar will go to see Avon in jail.

That was a really intense episode. Again, Omar is the man. Next week is going to be one hell of an episode. It will have to be.
The ending of this episode... could it have been any more dramatic?

Anyone think Sabotaka will be killed or are they just teasing us? The thing I love about shows on HBO is they aren't afraid to take out main characters.

I'm afraid so. He and/or Ziggy are going down. I wouldn't want to make the call.
Do you think the Omar subplot will play out this season? If so, how?

The showdown between Omar and Brother was magnificent--the opposite of what one would expect, a complete anti-climax, and yet absolutely perfect.
Omar's my new hero.
In a psycho villain sort of way...

This episode felt a little like the second-to-the-last episode from season 1, when D'Angelo was about to reveal everything to the cops. Frank was going to tell everything, and now ...
So what's Omar's next move? He doesn't have the full picture, so he doesn't know why Stringer set him up. Is he going after Stringer next? Will he disappear like last season? Very interesting stuff.

In the previews for next week, they didn't show Frank at all. That doesn't mean that he's dead though, just that they're ****ing with us.
I think that at the end, the plan was to kill him (and Nick too, who was supposed to show up), right then and there. However, when he got the call saying that Frank was cooperating with the cops, he knew that he couldn't kill him, because that would make things a lot worse for him.

I'm of a totally opposite thought, TB. I think the Greeks were honestly going to give "Nico", Ziggy and Frank a break for their cooperation, but once their snitch informed them that Sobotka had intentions of cooperating with the locals, they had to make him disappear. I wasn't screaming at the TV, but I was strongly hoping Frank would get back in the damn truck.
Great damn show, I will miss it until the 3rd season. Thank God for this show and the Shield.

I think the Greek will get away. If anybody gets caught it will be Spiros.
I also think that the Detail doesn't know about the actual Greek yet. It seems that when they exited the hotel that the Greek was ahead of Spiros and the other Greek guy and the detail followed / took pictures of them.
I have no idea what will happen with Stringer and Omar, but I predict (and hope) it will carry over into the next season. Omar is hands-down one of the best bad guys out there. I would like to see Season 3 focus back on the drugs - because "in Baltimore, what else is there?"

Whoa, great insight! I thought for sure that when the Greek got that message that Frank was a dead man, but now that I think about it, at the end of the episode the Greek told Spiros that they wold do things "your way." Spiros, of course, likes Nic and came up with the plan to get Ziggy off.

I think the Greek told Spiros that they could not do things his (Spiros') way.

The Greek said to Spiros at the end "Your way... it won't work". Earlier he had convinced The Greek that they might not have to kill the Sobotkas, but it appears that now he more than likely will.

Does anyone else think its weird that the bad FBI agent keeps calling The Greek/Spiros on his OFFICE PHONE!?! I mean, how stupid is that guy?
Great episode.

Yeah, Busmalis is getting on my nerves. I hope he gets busted.
I was almost screaming at the tv when Dumb and Dumber let Spiros just drive right by their stakeout. I think that was this ep...I'm losing track since I've been catching up.
