Help from the DVD-R Pros

I recently got my wedding video on DVD, and I want to make a copy for my in-laws. The original is two disks, I would like to make it into a single disk. I know I can re-encode with DVD-Shrink, but I haven't found a way that will allow me to combine both disks.

Any options.

Thanks

Dave

The new DVD shrink allows grabbing files from multiple discs I do believe.

Most likely you wouldn't be able to do this automatically.

You'd have to rip the DVD and possibly re-encode the video to fit on one DVD and re-author the menus.

Alternatively you can buy double sided DVD-R's and save yourself the trouble.

More info.. use dvd shrink to shrink both discs then open the ifo files from each directory in shrink, that will allow you to put them together. However you will lose any menus.
