Tremors: the Series: cancelled?

For both of you who watch it, according to darkhorizons.com, Tremors has been cancelled. Myself, I couldn't finish an entire episode, even after I got over Farscape's cancellation.

Well, yet another stupid failed venture by Sci-Fi with a new show while they cancel their good ones. I'd like to know how much that POS show cost them as opposed to the last season of Farscape.

If that's true, I guess I'll be cancelling my Season Pass for it. I don't like how the reruns don't have guide data.
But with another movie on the way, is this a reverse The X-Files where a movie does a brief series and returns to making movies?
What would you say to a one-season series of James Bond in 2007 (live-action, not James Bond, Jr.)?

A little late. Check here for some other opinions.
As far as dissing it, couldn't you at least find something more worthy of your ridicule or such expressed disdain? Are you really this hard-up for something to bitch about, considering that no one made you watch it? Oh, and while I enjoyed a few episodes of Farscape, it was no Stargate. ;)

If Sci-Fi produces something these days, you can almost be assured it's gonna turn into total trash TV... no, not "turn into," but "start out as." I couldn't even stand the promos for the show. They were painful. Even seeing the name of the show pop up during the program I was watching was painful... I was tempted to zoom the whole screen in just to avoid 'em.
If the network is gonna piss money away, they could at least do it with reputable ideas, concepts, scripts and writers. How far they've fallen... not that they ever started out very high up.

Bitching and complaining is what web forums are all about. Now stop your bitching and complaining about that sad fact.

Yes, and thank goodness for that.

I would, but Gigli isn't showing anywhere anymore.

LMAO, well I can't top that one.
I was rather fascinated by Ben Afleck on the Leno show. He had a top ten list of why not to watch it, or something like that. In any case, he was making fun of its failure pretty quickly after the release.

"Tremors" is gone? Oh, dear lord, no.
Somehow I just can't get upset over the demise of Farscape's B-Movie replacement.
There once was a time when Sci Fi actually promoted science fiction. Now, it is the network that is currently promoting Bugs. "When giant insects swarm the city's subways, humanity lands on the fast track to extinction!!!" Ugh.

Hey, maybe they'll show Joe's Apartment!

Actually, I have a pretty good idea for a show to replace Tremors. And SciFi would likely be willing to produce it!
It'd be a reality show following a group of producers, writers, and artists who work hard to get a quality sci fi show on the air. They spend months (probably years) developing the concept, pitching it to various networks, getting shot down but not giving up, then finally, FINALLY it gets picked up (by SciFi, or whichever network hosts the reality show, maybe Fox). They crank out 4 or 5 episodes, then it gets cancelled by the time the third one airs. Then we see post-cancellation shots with the crew as well as distressed fans.
Friends, I tell you all: THIS is reality t.v.

dang... I must be the one person who enjoyed this show even a little bit.
Something about the Tremors series just amuses me for some reason.

Nah. Both my SO and I liked it. And she is big Farscape fan.

My wife and I like it, too. We'll miss it, but our TiVo is always full of shows to watch, so it won't be that bad.

I watched every episode.
Won't be buying the DVDs though.

Gee, I wonder if "Mansquito" is going to fair better.
