Well, someone did create it and submitted it to TiVo. Too bad they don't identify the creator.

It's a dictionary explaining basic terminology, spelling *cough* and provides interesting examples... My bet as to why you'd be seeing it in spam is that, while your eye can parse some kind of meaning out it, a spam filter wouldn't see anything the matter with it and would pass it right through.
