I currently have the old 9thtee network card, the adapter->ISA one and want to upgrade it and sell the old one to a friend. I have a few questions though:

1) The new card is 100mbit/full duplex, right?
2) Since I already have the older ISA card, how do I go about "uninstalling" this card software-wise, and then installing the new one? I would like to have telnet/web/ftp/etc. still working.

My TiVo is running the latest software, and is a Sony Series1 model.
