I was soooo scared about doing this. Everyone just said to follow the instructions and everything will be fine.

I have a Tivo 80hr and added a Seagate 80gb 'B' drive.

I backed up the image
Restored the image onto the 'B' drive just for testing and it booted up fine
and kept all my SP and WL. Did not save my recording which I already
knew it wasn't going to. They were listed but would not play.
I then expanded the 'A' to 'B' drive
And everything booted and works great. It now shows that I have about 177hr.

My only worry is that I did not use a bracket. I just put the 'B' drive on top of the 'A'. The 'B' drive is a 5400rpm so I hope it will not get to hot. I will keep an eye on the temp and maybe add a fan or are you able to run the Tivo without the lid on?

Thanks again for everyone's help, it went very smooth.
