original hd tivo got crash

i got stuck where at the point when i do the mfsrestore command give me an error says restored failed : /mnt/dos/tivo.bak success

command line : mfsrestore -s 127 -xzpi /mnt/do/tivo.bak /dev/hdd



Then i tried to do this mfsadd -x /dev/hdd /dev/hdb gave me an error

Empty partition /dev/hdb2.
unable to open mfs driver.

please, anyone can help ?
