Local Stations Not Listed

I get local stations the old fashioned way -- off the air (not via cable or DirecTV).
TiVo's channel list does not include stations I can get. It does include stations I can't get -- at all.
My guess is the list is based on cable carriage -- or Tribune Media's decision about what to list (also possibly related to cable carriage).
TIVO SHOULD NOT ONLY LIST BROADCAST STATIONS ON THE LOCAL CABLE SYSTEM FOR A ZIP CODE -- IT SHOULD LIST ANY STATION IF THE STATION'S GRADE B CONTOUR INCLUDES ANY PART OF THE ZIP CODE. This includes low power stations, and stations from outside the ADI Media Market.

I would like to second this comment. I use DirecTV for the traditional cable channel programming, but get my local channels via antenna. There are three channels that I normally watch that are not included in my Guide. One is channel 2 (FOX) out of Detroit, which is strange considering the other major network stations out of Detroit are included (4, 7, 62), and channel 2 is part of many cable networks in my area. Another is channel 6 (CBS) out of Lansing, which comes in crystal clear (much better than the Detroit stations). Finally, channel 10 (NBC) out of Jackson, which comes in at least as strong as the Detroit stations.
It would certainly be nice to have the guide data for these channels as well.
