I've been playing around with the remote control hacks in the new Tivo Hacks book and somehow I've managed to turn the channel bar into a small oval in the right hand corner when I change channels instead of the original channel bar which was across the entire screen. I have no idea which hack did this or how to get it back! Anyone know what happened to my Tivo?

That's not a hack. All you have to do is press the right (IIRC) arrow while the display is up. It will toggle between small oval, bar across the screen, and full info display. At least that's true on my HDVR2.
