Tivo guide data wrong for SOAPnet in my area - screwed up my "Dallas" recording

I read Saturday that "Dallas" starting on SOAPnet that I decided to set a Season Pass for it yesterday (Sunday) to start today at 7. I haven't watched SOAPnet since I got Tivo, and didn't watch it yesterday either.
I was so excited about this show starting again it's ridiculous. :D

Turns out that while my Tivo thought it had recorded "Dallas" at 10am (1 pm eastern) when I came home, it had actually recorded General Hospital. As far as I can figure, after looking at the guide, Tivo thinks I have the Eastcoast feed, while I actually have the westcoast feed (every show is 3 hours ahead compared to what the Tivo guide says)!!:mad::mad:

Now I have to set it to tape manually at 1 pm, but it says "Dynasty" in the Now Playing menu... :(.

Not only that, but my cable provider, Comcast, (who gets their info from TV-Guide?) doesn't even have "Dallas" listed in their program guide! They have the show that was in that timeslot before (according to SOAPnet's website).

Gah... I can't find a phone number to call Tivo at either, and the form to fill out on the website doesn't really cover this specific situation... anyone know what number to call? EDIT: after browsing around some more, I found the phone number to call, but they're close right now. Guess I'll try tomorrow.

I've had Tivo for 10 months and this is the first time I've had a problem with the guide data. :(

Sure it does. I've reported several issues with incorrect feeds using the form.

You report the incorrect channel as SOAP and the correct channel as SOAPP.

Thank you for the tip on how to input the requested information. I didn't quite know how to put it, it didn't seem to fit my situation.

I put it in as channel 120, problem channel SOAP, correct channel SOAPP, time "All", day "All". I hope that is what they're looking for.

This REALLY annoyed me, I was looking forward to watch the whole series, every episode, from the beginning. So much for that. :/

Has this happened to anyone else, where you've gotten the feeds mixed up?

Looks fine (although I've always just left the time and date blank).

Hopefully, they can fix your problem soon. In my experience, fixing wrong feed information is now much faster with the form than with the previous method (email, followup phone call from a TiVo rep, verifying three shows listed at the wrong time, and faxing official lineups).
