This device is not a USB wireless interface, it is a wired ethernet to 802.11B wireless bridge.

You would use this to connect two LAN segments over a wireless link. For example if you had a hub in your Media center that you used to connect TiVo, Xbox, etc. You could then have one wireless link to an Access point or another wireless bridge that is hardwired to your router.
