I just bought a Seagate 120GB 7200 RPM Baracuda 2MB

Will there be a big difference between the 8MB and the 2MB? I haven't opened the package yet so I can return it. This will be a second drive in my Hughs DirecTiVo.

No, drive cache size makes no difference to a Tivo.
