A friend has lost his taped copy of the mid-season finale (aired in late May/early June) of "Enterprise" & he asked me if I still had mine. Unfortunately, I had deleted this long ago. If anybody still has it please PM me. BTW, he is more than happy to reimburse all expenses.

I have all of the Enterprise episodes on VCD or still on my hard drive. What is the episode title? Are you talking about the season 2 finale (episode #2x26 "The Expanse")?

I just watched, and deleted it, yesterday. I missed it last season so I wanted to catch up before starting the current season. I have the premiere on TiVo and plan on watching it tonight before the new episode airs.

Brian - It's the episode where the "Xindi" (I think that's their name but I'm not sure about the spelling) launch the probe that "digs" a big "trench" & Trip's sister gets killed. I guess that was the Season 2 finale (I haven't really kept up on the Series so far). A VCD copy would be perfect for my friend - I just hope it plays on his Apex DVD player (it's supposed to be capable of playing VCDs).

Yep. I have that one. The only "problem" with it, since I missed capturing that episode and downloaded that one instead, is it has two "glitches" of static for a couple seconds during the episode (biggest is when the Klingons are battling the Enterprise in the clouds).

The Apex DVD player should work fine. My son's Apex not only plays my VCDs or SVCDs (on CD-R) but also DVD-Rs. I wish my old Sony DVP-3000 did! It only plays 100% compliant VCD burnt on CD-R (so my VCDs are by necessity 100% complaint).
