I put myself up to ridicule here by stating an opinion unabashedly... But the 9/16 "Cara Fitzgerald" episode could very well be the best hour of TV I've seen this season. It proves they can do an episode without sex. Were parts of it a little over the top? Sure, it's TV. But I loved all 44 minutes of it. And how was the Dr. Troy abused by a priest storyline for character development?

It also proves the dumb housewife needs to go. More of the doctors. More of the office relationships. No more skinny blondie. ...and I'm indifferent on the kid. I'm hoping the hit-and-run stuff was a one-time thing. Let him get away with it and let's move on. I hope they don't drag it out.

Okay. Let me have it! :cool:

I really enjoyed it too. Certainly better than the whole 3-some, sex party episode.

I can't stand the wife. She just annoys the hell out of me. And why would Christian even want to get it on with her when he can have any hot chick he wants.

Yesterdays story line wasn't the best. The kid runs the girl over and then pretends to know her from bible class or something like that. Then having his father fix her face up. What happens if she ever wakes up? How does he explain who he really is?

The only dramatic parts were when they show how Christian is really upset about the priest getting away with the charges. He then goes and basically threatens the priests life if he doesn't confess. We then find out he himself was molested as a child.

I finally got around to watching it this evening. As always, I enjoy the show, but it keeps getting more and more outlandish! Not that I mind, it makes for an interesting watch :)

I deleted my season pass on this one. I liked the first show, disliked the second, liked the third and it all went downhill for me from there. I realized I hated every single one of the characters - enough to wish them harm - so there was no point in watching.

I was with you, I hated every one of the characters by episode three. Maybe I still do. But watching them wallow in their own filth and decadence each week is so entertaining.

I SO wish this show had an NC-17 version that they showed on Showtime or Skinemax.

It keeps my interest, despite the deliberate shock factor. Come on.

Blood and gore during surgery.
Strapping ham to a corpse and feeding it to gators.
Teenage threesome.
Lesbian room at a group sex party.
Fat girl shooting herself.
Double mastectomy.
Teenager taken to a pornstar party.

Yeah, I hate each of the characters too. But I still keep watching it. Not sure why.
