Big Brother 4 - final 2. Place your bets.

First off, I am going to predict that Jun wins. Here is how I see the voting going:
Dana - Jun
Nathan - Allie
Jack - Allie
Justin - Jun
Jee - Jun
Erika - Allie
Robert - Jun
That would put it at 4-3 Jun. I think it will be close.
As for the final HOH contest, Jun took a big gamble that ended up being a really smart move. She saw Allie write down 0, and then put down 1 Million to throw it.
At first my wife and I were thinking how stupid that was in case Allie took Robert. On reflection, in light of Robert's "you're gonna lose either way because the jury loves me" threat, Jun probably wanted Allie to do the dirty work for her. That way, Allie would have pissed off every member of the jury, and Robert would try to sway votes against Allie.
Genius?

For some reason I have a feeling it will be Allie. She just keeps floating to the top somehow. She is like a cockroach, you just can't killher!
Posted by: Skittles
I suspect Jun will win. Ali's pissed off enough people in the jury house to prevent her from winning.
Barring unforseen changes in the game between now and next week (i.e. - things said and done by the last two), I'd say Jun's going home with half a million.

Put my money on Ali;
Dana - Jun
Nathan - Ali
Jack - Ali
Justin - Jun
Jee - Jun
Erika - Ali
Robert - Ali

Robert hates Ali more than Jun. He'll vote with the rest of the stooges.
Posted by: JohnJr
I really don't think so. I may be missing something, but Robert was so quick to say he would align himself with Ali over Jun when Erika was voted out, and his comments last night to skeletor about how "he likes Ali now", etc., all make me think he really does like Ali over Jun.
The three stooges are no more. Now it's 4, with Dana. I think this breaks them up... Justin sticks with Dana, Jee votes Jun, just because they are Xs, and that leaves Robert free to vote for whom he prefers, Ali.

His alignment with her was his best chance for winning. Because the Jury's been sequestered, I can see the vote being close but I can also see a landslide for Jun. Simply because Ali managed to screw everyone. The difference between Wil and Ali is everyone one knew Will was screwing everybody. Ali was much more deceitful...

I predict a landslide for Jun...excuse me while I go get sick now.

I think it's profoundly unfair that Robert's disparaging remarks regarding the females were telecast, but their disparaging remarks were not. I have loved every Big Bro up until now.

I think Robert said that stuff to Skeletor to try to save face (after the sluts and whores comments).
Of the 4 stooges, I think that Dana is the only one who may vote differently. She may pull a Susan Hawk type diatribe at the end and spout off on Allie and/or Jun.
While we were watching last night, our station temporarily squeezed the picture down to 2/3 of the screen so that they could run storm info at the bottom. The timing was great since it took place just as they were showing how the stress was taking its toll. The images of Jun standing in a bikini eating will be burned in my mind forever - she looked like a whale.
In her defense, at least she admitted that she had gained 15 pounds, but you would think that common sense would stop her from chowing down on ice cream while wearing that bikini. Shudder.

Jun is scary, but she really does have a cute smile and does seem quite intelligent. She has grown on me over the season. Everyone seems to hate Ali and Jun, but honestly, I prefer the way they have played the game over the "high and mighty" way that many of the others have.
I for one am happy with the final two, and honestly won't mind too much either of them taking home the money, although, for her spunk, I hope it is Ali.
My favorite part of the next two shows is going to be watching the "high and mighty" sit and judge the two winners of the show. I can't wait to hear Jack rationalize his decision. :)

I replayed last night's ending where Skeletor tells us what's coming up next and I still could not figure out the order of events:
She mentioned that they will get to see the entire season on tape - is that before or after they vote? If it's after they vote, and before the "reunion" that's a lot of tv watching...
But I don't see why they would be sequestered if they were going to show them the whole season anyway.
And I agree, that if they show Robert making insults, they should show Jun and Allie's.
Posted by: walters
No, the non jury members will have watched the season before the reunion.

What gets me is how Ali and Jun get mad at Robert for calling them bitches, but then they go and call his daughter that? What's the matter with them? Oh wait, I remember... Outside of the house they are nobodies, and they don't think of anyone but themsleves.
I also was surprised no one pointed out how classy it was of CBS to let Robert see his daughter. I wasn't surprised, but it was still nice of them breaking the sequester rule for him.
Edit: OK, so Wednesday we find out who wins, and the reunion. What happens this friday? Oh, please tell me the Mime moves in in another X-Factor, and the group can vote for the Mime over Jun and Ali, and the Mime wins it!

On TAPE?!? How painful - they should let them watch it on TiVO.
They can't mean before they vote. That would completely ruin the diary room confidentiality.
What about Nathan's comment that he wanted everybody to know that Erika slept in the nude? She wasn't doing that in the house, was she?
Too bad we will probably never see Ratbert and Allie walking on the red carpet at that movie premiere. That will be a comfortable evening!
Were they contractually obligated to gush about how great it was? Or did CBS figure that having watched no TV or movies for 3 months, anything would be met with rave reviews.

I'd vote for the mime!:D He has more personality than either of those two combined.
Yeah, it was nice of CBS to let Ratbert see his daughter once again. So now how is he going to explain to his daughter that he didn't win the grand prize? He stated that winning the half-mil would justify him being away from his daughter for two months.

Yeah, TivoDaddy I agree. I can't stand either Ali or Jun. But I'm thinking Jun will win. Or Ali. Jeese their both so awful.
This was the first (and last) time I watched this reality show. And all I can say is it really sucked. I mean how many times do they have to show what happened in the last episode (and some times 2 episodes). What a waste of time. And while I empathize with someone not seeing their daughter for 3 months all that crying is just too over the top. Save the drama for the soaps. The outcomes seem so predictable. Jack was the most likeable but if that is the best he can do in competitions, God help the FBI.

Considering he gets approximately $750 for every week he's in the house as part of his payment from CBS, I'm sure it won't be too difficult, particularly since (A) He was unemployed before entering the house and (B) CBS will typically send the losing houseguests on a cheap vacation in California shortly after the show.

I think it will be Ali in a landslide, with perhaps Dana being the only one who would vote for Jun. Remember, you have all those people in the sequestered house together, and there will be a lot of talking. When all is said and done, and they take a step back, they will realize that Ali played the game to win, and she will. I hate them both, and I hate giving the money to either of them, but someone has to win I guess.
BTW, what will they be showing on Friday? That could be the most boring show ever.
Posted by: IndyJones1023
This "she played to win" is all crap to me. Part of playing to win is not pissing people off. If I were on the jury, I wouldn't fall for Allie's BS. How does she spell her name anyway? I guess it's a testiment to how much people dislike her that we all spell her name differently.
Anyway, no amount of badgering would sway my decision. I don't care how others think she earned it or deserves it. The lesser of these two evils is Jun. Blech.

as far as i know there is no more shows this week.

Is there not a show Friday?
Last night I didn't hear Julie mention anything about there being a time/day change or day missed.
Then again i was flipping back and forth from BB4 to PH.
Posted by: KRS
On Monday, I checked the TV grids and no BB4 was listed for Friday. Last night a Friday show was definately mentioned, so I guess CBS shuffled the schedule for some reason.
I still think that Joon will win over Ally. I don't think that this group will buy into the "played the game" thing, and Ali was nowhere near as smooth as Will or any reality winners who have played this way. June kept her hands clean, and did not lead people on (except for Gee), something that Allie did constantly. So I stick by my prediction that Allee will lose to Jun.

I bet with no adverts and edited to remove the re-iteration of what happened last week, yesterday and three seconds ago it will end up being only a couple of hours long :D

Not for me. I spend more time ffing thru the crap than watching what remains.

I think the reunion show with ALL cast members is due to happen a week after the vote, giving all involved a chance to watch all the episodes.
As for my prediction.
Erika by a landslide.
Of course I will be wrong but I can't bring myself to root for, predict, or hope that either Jun or ali win.

Have to agree. My bathroom will be turned into a vomitorium. :( This was, by far, the worst Big Brother of the bunch.
And for those of you who think Nathan will vote for Ali - don't forget how pissed he was at her when she turned on him. She's only still on the show because he was stupid enough to use the veto to save her.
Posted by: DcKalop
Ali is a spawn of satan. I can't stand her, and I'm sick that she's even in the final two. Jun is awful as well, but the lesser of the two evils would be Jun to win. Ali makes me want to get up and smash my tv, I can't stand her!
Posted by: FuzzyDolly
I bet Allie will win. (Even though I really hate the fact she's gotten this far.) If everyone votes they way they are supposed to (for the BEST PLAYER), and not with their emotions, who else could it be? Allie is manipulative, and has changed sides more often than everyone in seasons 1,2,3 combined, but she had played the game flawlessly. Think about it this way... with all the people who she's pissed off, she's in the final 2. She must be doing something right! OK, shoot me now for saying that!
Posted by: Laurierph
IMHO Ali has NOT played the game flawlessly. While she has played the game well enough to get to the finals, she has ticked many people off. My favorite all-time BB player was the evil doctor Will. Now THAT was flawless, and fun to watch as well!!
Posted by: cello
Isn't part of being the best player not making so many enemies? Ali was the best at controlling her fate in getting to the finals, but alienating and insulting your housemates does not qualify as a good way to win it all.
Posted by: DaveBogart
While I've enjoyed the crap out of this show since the first season, it frustrates me that the winner of this game (Survivor as well) is always the biggest loser. It's the people who get by week after week because they are no threat. The thinkins is there's no way they can possibly win because they're such losers, but by the time you're down to 3 players you're left with nothing but losers. The biggest loser ever to play this game will win--Allie.
Posted by: fdg99
I sincerely doubt that Ali will even get one vote! Everyone in the jury has been stabbed in the back by her.

Yah - tonight (FRI) CBS is promoting a review of the BB4 season with stuff we never saw before. A "filler" show.
Posted by: walters
This is the first time I've ever been happy to see a retrospective filler show. Just think of the alternative
Posted by: cello
I hope it's mostly stuff we really didn't see before, and not 90% retrospective with only a few minutes of new stuff.

I agree with KRS vote for vote, with Jun winning a squeaker. These are two horrible individuals and CBS should be really proud that they're going to reward one of these two despicable people with $500K.
The only justice Robert can eek out of this is sticking to his supposed plan of being the swing vote that costs Ali the game - because she didn't take him to the finals.
Jun is the lesser of two evils - but not by much.
I'll give this show two episodes next year. If I find that they've chosen people as horrible as this year's cast - I'm bailing out.
