I saw this error message in the tverr log on my SAT-T60. It's appeared 3 times in the past 24 hours. Is this a cause for concern?

I searched on the error message and found nothing

Someone did post a similiar error message in the Underground a couple of months ago. Not that anyone knew what it meant.

People have mentioned it from time to time, but there's not been any consensus on what it means. The TiVos that have it seem to work fine. It may simply mean the system has detected fragmentation and is doing some defragmenting.

really? I didn't know about the "and is doing some defragmenting" part - that's good if true.

It was me who mentioned it lately (before that it was Tiger and a few others). No, there's no defragmentation going on. And it really did cause me problems - read my previous posts. What I did was manually delete a bunch of recorded programs (which I would have normally left alone to expire by themselves), and the error went away.
