Hello all,

This is my first post !! ( So I guess I'm a Newbie.. ) I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to my question, My cable company just moved all of my channels around. Tivo picked up on the change and sent me a message but when I go into my to do list I noticed that the upcoming recordings still reflect the old channels. So my question is will Tivo know to make this change or do I have to go in and re-do all my seasons passes to refelect the channel changes.

You should just need to rerun guided setup to set the TiVo to the new lineup. Then your SPs should then recompute to find the shows on the correct channels. I have a DirecTV DVR so this doesn't happen to me, but for those with SA TiVos it can be a pain when the cable company changes the lineup.

If this really "just" happened, it may take a few hours for the scheduler to pick up the changes. Take a look at your channel line up under customize chanels - is it correct? If not you may need to rerun GS as Jim says.

You will also probably need to select 'Comcast - Digital Rebuild' if that's one of the choices when you go through guided setup. I live in the Boston area, and that's the one I had to select when they changed the channel lineup.

I do live in the Boston area and it did just change this morning. When I get home to night I will check it. One thing I did notice was that on the selected channels list it displayed the old channel and right below it is had the new channel ( Ex. HBO 62 old Disney 62 new )
