Is there any way to set the time YOU want Tivo to make its daily call rather than when it wants to.

When it completes a call it sets the time for the next call to be made in 24 hours' time. As it takes half an hour or so for the call to be made and the data unpacked into the DB, this means the the call happens at a slightly later time each day.

Therefore the best you can do is force a daily call before you go to bed and then the TiVo should call during the night for another week or so.

It wouldn't be a good idea to let people choose their call times because they'd all choose 1 am - it's much better for TiVo if the call times are effectively random.
