my HD on my DSR6000R01 also crashed... as I did not make backup image, any help with getting a new image is appreciated.

I have:

DSR6000R01 with 120GB upgrade.

Unknown which HD, if not both, failed. I'm exploring the cost options at the point. (cost of image vs new tivo2)
