I agree. I was not only disappointed that Charla didn't split the money, but also in the way she did it. Asking Dave what he would say if she didn't split the money was cowardly. What's he going to say? "I want my half you ungrateful, selfish b*tch"? Of course not. He's going to say that it's OK.

Yeah, Dave got screwed. Charla is greatly disappointing.

I can't believe she sat and listened to any of them for any amount of time. These people hate her and have been trying to hurt her the entire time -- and every time they come and pretend to be friends, they're still trying to hurt her. Why listen to them?

And Keith taking them to vegas? What a nut. Only way I'd send them to Vegas is if I was heading the other way.

But didn't you see the end. There is still a twist for next season. "To be continue" Maybe dave still gets something. I just hope tara and keith spring for the ticket to vegas for dave too. What a sucker

It'd be nice if Dave got *something* for his time there, even if it was like $25k or something.

Out of the four that went through all that hell, Dave is the only one to not win something.

Dave was on 99.1 HFS this morning here in DC. He said he was still "dealing" with Charla's decision. He apparently makes a good amount of money so it wanst really about the cash, more the principal. At least thats what he conveyed. He said that he got absolutly nothing from PH and that the people there that were his enemies still really resent him.

He also said that he has been getting laid alot more now since the show and that all the girls are hotter post-show then pre-show. Good for him...at least he got something out of it...

I don't know what to say....other than I want that 16 or whatever weeks of my life back! I can't believe Charla didn't split the money with Dave and I can't believe Keith invited everybody to Vegas!!!

I thought it was a great ending. I really love that Charla and Keith won. I was shocked that Charla didn't share her money with Dave. But it really seemed that Charla was disappointed in Dave for lying to everyone on the show.

EVERYBODY lied at one point. Calling Dave out on his drunken proclamation to Holly that she's "safe," (which I truly believe he just said to comfort her as she was whining in desperation at the end) was just a tactic by the others to alienate him, finally.

I believe Dave's biggest mistake was not in that lie, but rather his backpedaling when he was confronted with it. He should have just admitted he misspoke in order to comfort Holly at the time, rather than trying to play both sides.

"The Barbies" enjoyed plenty of their own deception during the show... so it's not fair to hold up Dave to any higher standard.

Charla really turned me off, big time, and I was so disappointed in Dave for making it so easy on her. Charla would NEVER had made it that far if not for the stalwart (and blind) allegiance from Dave. She toyed with his emotions constantly, cruelly rejected him time and time again, used him and abused him, flirted and retracted (all while playing coy and innocent) and in the end decided that she deserved the money more than Dave.

Utterly ridiculous.

Keith did the right thing. It was great that he didn't even give Tara a hard time about it, he said "it wasn't even a question in his mind."

But Charla? Not only did she NOT give him a cent, she made him sit there and tell her "how he'd feel if she gave him the money," and "how he'd feel if she didn't." As if his answers would affect her decision? Please.

Deep down I think Charla didn't like Dave at all from the start, and saw a easily manipulatable guy with a crush that she could keep under her thumb.

Dave's only flaw in the game was his backpedaling at the very end of the game. When confronted about his lie to Holly he should have just come clean....or at the very least he should have made damn sure that he had mended fences with Keith/Tara after Scott/Holly got voted off.

I totally knew that Charla wouldn't split the money with Dave (and that Keith would split the $ with Tara). I'm not sure what her thought process was or if Toni influenced her decision in any way, but if the Game hadn't twisted the partners around, Charla would have lost being partnered with Dave. So, I'm not really sure if I think she was wrong to keep the money. The generous thing would have been to split the money, but she would have had no money to split if she stayed with dave through the vote. On the flip side, if the partner-switch never happened, Tara and Keith may have actually won, so Tara really got robbed of the win....
I think the result was fitting...
I heard a rumor that Dave may be hosting PH2. not sure if i can bring myself to watch this show again.

I was shocked when Charla didn't share the prize with Dave. But then again, Dave who was enemy #1 in lots of peoples eyes probably did deserve a little somthing. I wonder how Dave's gonna feel now after he sees ALL the shows aired and how clear Charla's true feelings about him really are. Can you say SUCKER!!! Charla played Dave soooo daym much it's not even funny.

I have new found respect for Tara after the finale. She actually refused the cash! :up: And Keith is a stand up guy in my opinion for his decision. I'm glad Keith and Tara got some good $ out it.

While I appreciate others raising money for the Dave Kerpen Friendship Fund, I cannot vouch for the validity of donations made through any other channels.

I am researching charitable organizations and will announce 2 to 3 charities to receive the money on Tueesday, October 7th.

Man, that was so dumb. I just got done watching last night's episode, boy was I disapointed. I don't think it was a shock that Keith split the money. I was kinda thinking Charla was going to too. What a bitch geesh!

The show ended really poorly. $500,000? Thats it and then to only end up with $125k or $250k. I wonder if Tara and Keith really have a 'thing.'

1.Go to Arizona and kick the a$$ of Zack any time that Keith needs it done.

1a. Kick Toni's a$$ into the next time zone. (added per Fofer's request)

2.Tell Charla what a two-faced bitch she is for making the decision whether to give Dave half into a test.

3.Have sex with Tara.

4.Tell Toni and Amy that their butts have gotten bigger, to their face.

5.Kick Beau's a$$

6.Beat the holy living crap outta Andon.

7.Tell Kavita that I'd love to see her more.

And that is the order in which I'd want to do them. But if I could only do one, it would be to beat the hell outta Zack and every one of those 50 imaginary friends he bragged about. Yes, for that I would gladly come out of my pacifist lifestyle, temporarily. ;)

We lost Ed today and I feel like kicking someone's a$$. It might as well be someone who deserves it. :mad:

I'm glad I was rooting for keith, ever since he kicked off zack. He's a *good* guy. He didn't go with the high school type popular a-holes, and didn't waver against them. Instead, he stayed true to his friendship and word, even though Dave gave him every reason to break it.

and then at the end, you could tell he was HAPPY to give the money to Tara. he didn't feel obligated, but it was something he really wanted to do. And then for Tara to only accept after Keith brought out the family picture... I have to say, it gave me some hope to see that there are people like that out there. I think what they have is legit. I hope things work out for them, they seem to have their sh*t together.

You need some growing up? Keith, my man, you were the only grown up among those clowns.

I think the producers put that final twist in as a gift to the Barbie gang. They worked together as a team, survived vicious attacks by the returning evictees and made it to the end as a team. So the producers mixed the couples guaranteeing the one person of each couple would win and, surely, share the money with his or her partner. Little did they know Charla had her own final twist planned.

Anyone else disappointed in the "ultimate prize"? Survivor gives its winner 1 million. Big Brother 500K. Amazing Race $1M to the winning couple. I think it should have been called the "Mediocre Prize". Of course, I wouldn't mind winning 250K, but compared to the other reality shows it's a disappointment.

I can't wait for the 96X interview with the final four to be posted. The teaser makes it sound like Keith is ready to twist Charla's head off.

They've posted an interview with Charla. Apparently, the interview was the beginning of the reunion interview before the other 3 called in.

There's also an interview with Keith's dad. Keith is taking a lot of flak on the PH message boards about what he said in the teaser.

Man, I can't wait until they post the whole reunion interview.
