The Office returns on BBC America

The Office returns with Season 2 on BBC America on October 12. Time to fire up the Season Pass again. Also, you will want to set your Season Pass to record Reruns (not First Runs), since the original air date for these shows is the date it aired in Great Britain.

If you haven't checked this show out yet, give it a try. It also looks like they are re-running the Season 1 episodes. "Training" is my favorite episode. It took me a few episodes to get into the show, but once I did I really liked it. It reminds me of The Best In Show, but set in an office.

I met some British people a few weeks ago and all they would tell me is that there is some "dance" scene from this season that is absolutely hilarious.

Is the actual title of this show "The Office"? I've had an auto-record wish list for "The Office" for over 6 months and have never caught an episode (all I have recorded is a few random shows that have the words "the office" in the guide data. Guess I better check my to do list. Thanks!

Classic. The scene actually went around on e-mail, as it was just hilarious, even out of context of the show. It's in the 'Red Nose Day' episode (Red Nose Day is a charity event in the UK)

Great review (minor spoilers) from the NY Times today:

Also, as of a few days ago the new episodes were showing up with generic guide data -- looks like new episodes will premiere on Sunday nights at 9pm (EST) and repeat throughout the week.
