Ain't It Cool News is reporting that the production shutdown (due to re-writing of an episode to make it "friendlier" to casual viewers at the Network's request) has been extended indefinately.

The void will (for now) be filled by reruns of L&O: SVU.

Miss Match is also being moved to 9pm after being killed by Joan of Arcadia on CBS. 8pm will temporarily be filled by reruns of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

Well, the look at the bright side slant to the news is that I can Tivo both Miss Match and Joan of Arcadia without conflicts.

Grr. Well, it figures when you gut what's interesting about a show and move it to Friday nights that the ratings go down. I will mourn for last year's Boomtown, but not this year's.

I was wondering why L&O:SVU was still being shown on new Tuesdays AND (old schedule) Fridays. I thought I had gotten lucky and was gonna see 4 new Law&Orders per week all season - instead of 3
