Battlestar Galactica - Columbus Day Marathon (Sci-Fi)

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Thought I posted this a couple days ago, but can't find it...

It started at 8:00am (CST) today (so like 10 mins ago). Expect lots of previews for the revamped series starting in December as well as hawking for the boxed set of the original series.

Sorry for the lateness of this, I swear I posted it a couple days ago.

If you missed the 8 am showing (the pilot), it repeats at 9 am and 10 am. They're only showing four episodes in all, but they repeat them so that it fills all the times slots and qualifies as a "marathon".

No, it's nine different one hour segments. A three parter from 8am-11, and three two-parters from 11-5pm. (Central time)

The pilot is 3 hours long, 8-11 am. The most of the other shows are 2 parts each. They are not replaying any shows today. Each is a seperate show. I'm waiting for the DVD box set. If they don't screw it up like the did with BTTF, I'm going to get it.

Ugh. That means I screwed up when I added them to record this morning. If the episode titles were the same, then I only recorded one of them. I didn't even bother to look at the episode descriptions (I was running late for work as it was). I wanted to record them to see if I liked them enough to buy the DVDs, but I guess I'll have to figure something else out. Curses, foiled again.

Yeah, I was on the scifi.com site looking for Dark Skies reruns and spotted the BG marathon. I promptly set them all up for recording and will force my kiddies to watch it with me.

"See what 'special effects' looked like when I was your age?" and "Yeah, people really wore their hair like that..." will be coming up quite a bit.
