Hi! 2nd Post! =) Heh. Anyway I'm Planning to finally stop trying to juggle my 32 hours of basic on my SA Series One, Phillips Tivo (hdr312 I believe) that i have a lifetime sub since i bought it and have been using it since Dec '00.

So I'm gonna follow the directions and hopefully not phook the old thing up =).

Now i have a Western Digital hard drive 7200 rpm, 8MB cache and 80 gig size (bought it about 3-4 weeks ago for bout 75 buck). No Sku *Shrug*. Says its a special edition. Dunno what model it is exactly then.

But i came across this post (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-v...threadid=137744) And now I'm thinking of getting that drive. It seems really sweet. http://www.compusa.com/products/pro...4906&pfp=BROWSE (Compusa product info).

Any recommendations? I think i might just buy the Hard Drive regardless.. Whichever one doesn't go into the TIVO can just make a cozy home in my Computer.
