First off, this product looks pretty cool. It's just what I've wanted in a TiVo for a while, but I have a few doubts about buying it. My question is, does anyone have one of these? And if yes, are they upgradeable as easily as a normal TiVo? I know they sell the -57H, but it's a lot more $$ and I'd rather just put in a new HD myself to increase the hours.

No, they are not easily upgradeable...at least not yet.
