Antennae lineup?

I want to get Tivo and use an antennae as the input, however the lineup that I get is correct except that the channels are wrong. Is it possible to hack the Tivo somehow so that the lineup indicated actually records on a different channel? ie; The lineup shows local CBS programming on channel 7 when it is actually on channel 21. So when I tell the Tivo to record the program it actually needs to record on channel 21, not 7. This happens because I live in a rural area and the channels go through translators so the programming is all correct except the channel is different.
