Backup won't fit

For some reason, MFS is telling me the very same backup that I got from a drive won't fit on the drive, anybody out there know what this is about?
Basically, I was trying to upgrade from an A 40GB drive config to a A (40GB) + B (100GB) config. When it went bad (GSOD), I tried to restore to the new 100GB drive and that went fine. So I thought I might explore how to recover the programs on the A drive I had before and decided to attempt a restore from the backup. When I tried, it said it wouldn't fit.
Anybody got some info on this? :D

Restoring to the original A drive is a special case. What restore command did you use?
Is the drive locked or detecting as 32Gb?
I don't think you'll get your recordings back, though.

Make sure you're not using the -s 127 switch in the command line or the image won't fit. You cannot recover any recordings unless you do a direct drive-to-drive copy using the dd command. The target drive must be at least the same size or larger for this to work.
