TIVO Stuck On Hanging Up

I have 2 series 1 Tivos. Both are connected to my router and have made there calls for over a year now without problems.

For the last week my 60 Hour Tivo makes the call and then stays on "hanging up." I did a test call tonight and it stuck on "hanging up" there as well.

It also is restarting at some point by itself. I've never acctually seen it do it but it did it last night. It has done that more than once this week. I notice because the my Now Showing Sort, 30 Second jump and the backdoor is not enabled.

Help.... I only have guide data till 11/5/03

If you go to your router's DHCP page in a web browser, does it show the IP addresses it's granted to both the TiVos?

I assume have TurboNet cards in them? Are you using just the TurboNet support in TiVo software 3.0 and the ,#401 dialing prefix, or have you enabled them by hacking (running nic_install, etc)? If you've done it via hacking you could try asking in the Underground forum, I found an old thread there on a problem like this here.

Yep... Both have a an IP

I'm not using a hack I'm using the ,#401.

What I don't understand is that it makes it through all of the call and then sticks on hanging up.
