transfer to upgraded drives

I'm planning on upgrading my tivo and have a question. For convenience and price i want to order 2 160 drives from weaknees to upgrade my tivo. However, I wish to transfer whatever shows are on the original drive to the new drives so i can still watch them. I believe this to be possible but want to make sure and also how to do it. Thanks for your time.

If weaknees prepares the drives for then they will be blank, unless you sent him the TiVo to do the whole upgrade. If you do the upgrade yourself, then you can use your PC to copy the recordings on to the new drives.
It's all covered in Hinsdale (above).

And it will be a very very easy thing to do.
Hindsdale's Configuration #3, backing up a single drive directly onto two new drives, is what you want. Will take a couple hours and you'll be up and running.
Samsung's are great, quiet, do not have the locking problem and are quite cheap without any rebate hassles. I used Newegg.com to buy my last 160G for $106 shipped.
