I bought a Hughes HDVR2 unit about 3 months ago. I primarily used the unit as a satellite receiver and to tape "The Simpsons", "Friends" and an occasional movie and didn't have any real need to upgrade. A few night ago, while watching TV, the unit just shut off and would only come back to the "Welcome. Powering up...." screen.

I opened the unit, checked the IDE cable and all the connections, put the hard drive in my computer and used the mfstools2noJ.iso tool. I determined that my hard drive is toast.

Like I said before, since I had no intention of upgrading, I did not make a backup of the tivo image. Does anyone have this image? Any help would be appreciated.
