Airenet Troubles

I installed the AirNet card in D-Tivo Series 1, I used a AirLink WLC010 Card with an Orinoco RG . It appears to work for awhile and then just quits responding. I am not talking days, I am talking minutes and hours. Has anybody else experienced any troubles like this?
