This short-lived 1999 Fox series was loved by many critics, but cancelled in the middle of its run. Ten of the series' 13 episodes, including four which were not aired in its original run, will be airing on Comedy Central in two blocks, four episodes on Friday at 3 pm ET, and six on Saturday at 8 am ET. http://www.tvtome.com/Action/

I got them all when they aired on Trio, wanted to get them to tape but never did. I am going to TiVo them again and put them on tape.

The show will never be released on DVD, here is the quote from Jay Mohr:

"ACTION will never be released on DVD. The show is owned by three conglomerates, Columbia-Tristar, Fox Television, and Silver Pictures. If you go on ebay, there is a guy that offers all twelve episodes. Knock yourself out."

Well I'm off to ebay...

So glad that there are other people excited about this. I posted an earlier thread when I saw this in the guide data, and no one responded. I didn't think I could have been the only person who liked this show! (Particularly since I'm a relatively politically correct woman. I liked it, ad I doubt I was exactly the target demographic! :D)

I am trying to put these on DVD, but I am missing three episodes (Blowhard, Mr. Dragon Goes to Washington, and One Easy Piece).

If anyone has these, would they be willing to make me a copy. I can send a tape, you could send the tape and I will pay you for it, or you can send the tape and I will send a copy of the finished DVDs to you.

Did you tape these off Comedy Central? Because they heavily edited them. They were missing scenes in a couple of episodes.

If the Trio network ever replay's them, they always show them in there entirety.

Yes I did. I was wondering about that. The show lengths seemed fairly long, so I was hoping they were complete.

Sorry, I forgot to respond. The one glaring omission was the Sandra Bullock scene at the beginning of "Blowhard".

There are people that do have the complete series on DVD on ebay, I have heard those are complete.

It has been so long since since I watched it on Fox that I haven't noticed anything, but if I had watched 'Blowhard,' I would have noticed that.

Last I looked on ebay there was a video tape version, but I will keep checking back.
