Is there any way to have the system warn you when you get to a certain quota before 100%?

I got to 100% and didn't notice, and then I got 3 messages that PM's couldn't be sent to me because I was over quota. I cleaned them out, but now I have no idea what the PM's were without the users resending them to me.

Hummm Scott...their is a bar graph that shows you the level. That should be very much helpfull without the need for a e-mail notice or what have you. :)
