ver 5.1.1 software - add the GRID GUIDE!

I added this to the Tivo Suggestion page, but figured I would also add it here. Maybe there's a Tivo tech/programmer here that can add it to the next 5.1.1-01-2-265 service update or something. hahahah

Anyway, I have a Tivo S2 40-hour with ver. 4.0.1-01-2-240 software. For the Guide, I have the option to change it to the Grid Guide style instead of the Tivo Live Guide. A LOT easier to see upcoming shows, etc.

As an early x-mas present, I got my parents a Toshiba SD-H400 (80-hour S2 Tivo with DVD player). It's running ver. 5.1.1-01-2-264 software (upgrade to PLUS service; lifetime) but there isn't the option to change the Guide to the Grid style layout.

Please ADD THIS to the next service update; and soon! This is probably their only complaint with the system; "Why doesn't it display the guide like yours? We like your guide style better.." :( And I've looked EVERYWHERE in the setups, but it's just not there.

I thought I was going crazy when I got my Pioneer 810h. I thought I had imagined the grid guide feature. Thank you for reassuring me I'm not mad!

TiVo / Pioneer - please give me the grid guide back!

Please, please, please, please PLEASE, P-L-E-A-S-E add the grid guide to the Pioneer Tivo DVR's. I really miss it.

I went nuts looking for it myself, only to learn shortly thereafter on the web that it doesn't appear to be available on 5.1.1B

for a long time TiVo's didnt have a grid guide! The first tivo with grid was the directv dvr.
