Series 2 60 Hour Power supply? Where to find???

It seems I have a power supply problem with my series 2, 60 Hour Tivo. My current power supply makes quite a bit of noise when the Tivo is working, and then goes silent when it locks up (periodically). It's been upgraded to two 120gb hard drives, both of which have recently been replaced with new ones (was afraid I had drive failures), and also has been moved back to virgin images, and the unit still locks up. I've noticed the noise problem just recently.

So, with that said -

1) is it possible to replace the power supply in a 60 hour tivo?
2) where would one procure such a supply?
3) are the other power supplies from other tivo's (40 hour or 80 hour ones) useable in my 60 hour one?
4) any other suggestions?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

This power supply is identical to the ones in SA series 1's. I'm clueless as to S2's but maybe someone else can confirm whether or not it would work for you. At $4.50 it might be worth getting one just to try if you can confirm that the voltage supplied won't damage your TiVo.

Nope - won't work. It doesn't have even a similar connector to the S2 inputs, for starters.

Any suggestions on how I can replace it? Is it even possible to take one from another S2 (60 hour) and put it in it?
