Repairing TiVo drive damaged by Windows

Hi all,
I was just starting to work on upgrading my Series 1 TiVo and accidentially booted my PC into Windows after hooking up the drive. So now the TiVo won't boot up any more... I've tracked down the MakeTivoBootable utility and followed its directions but haven't been able to repair the drive. I've tried both:
./MakeTiVoBootable -d /dev/hdc --pk 3 --ak 6 --bp root=/dev/hda4
and
./MakeTiVoBootable -d /dev/hdc --pk 6 --ak 3 --bp root=/dev/hda7
but neither of them worked.... My TiVo just sits on the initial bootup screen. And when I hook my TiVo drive up to a linux box and try to examine the partition table it looks like it's no longer there. Help!
If I have to completely wipe out the drive and install a new TiVo image on it then so be it. I'll survive the loss of what I had recorded and all my settings/preferences/etc. If I can't get MakeTiVoBootable to work then can somebody tell me where I can find an image of a Series 1 to rebuild the drive with?
Thanks,
-Bruce

What boot disk did you run MTB under? If you used MFS Tools 2.0, try a byteswapping one like TiVoMAd.
