I previously upgraded my original drive from 40 to 120 gigs. I would like to add a second drive now, but so far all the instructions say that I can only add the second drive easily if I haven't replaced the original. Does anyone know how to add a second drive to an already replaced and expanded first drive?

Assuming you mean software-wise, just run mfsadd (part of MFS Tools 2.0).
