Quietest/coolest big hard drive for T60?

I'm about to upgrade my T60, preferably to just a single large drive, and since heat is something of an issue I'd appreciate it if anyone had any real data about which of the 160gb (-ish) drives would be coolest. Afaik 5400 rpm is the ideal choice since 7200 is wasted.

Although 7200 is "just wasted", you'll be hard pressed to find any 5400 RPM drive around that size selling for less than a high quality 7200 RPM drive (economies of scale, 5400 RPM has little market anymore). Your best bet is to buy a good 7200 RPM drive like the Seagate ST3160023A. I'd point you to a review where that drive came in as coolest and second quietest, but I'm apparently not allowed to post URLs yet.
