Hey, I just wanted to post my thanks for the wonderful guide you put together. I have a Hughes unit and read your guide pretty much for the first time yesterday. I slapped a 120gb drive in my home pc, put in my drive from my tivo and followed your info... a few hours later (ok maybe more than a few, but I copied all my data instead of just the OS) I have a 110 hour tivo!
