Anyone in the Boston area willing to help me upgrade my TiVo?

I just recently bought a series 2 stand alone tivo with 80 hours. Yesterday I picked up a Western Digital 120 gig drive from Circuit City. I am a little timid to install this myself. I know my way around a computer. I'm not a techno-phobe. It’s just that I have never actually opened up a computer before. I could probably figure it out, would take me a full day probably.
Is there anyone in the area that would be willing to help me out?
Is this process pretty easy? I have read through the hindsdale guide a few times. I have window's XP and the section at the end of the guide about having XP or 2000 kind of threw me off a bit. The whole thing seems a bit confusing just because I have never done something like this before.
Thanks for any help!! I can't wait to join the upgraded TiVo club!!!

I can help you, you will have to bring the tivo to my place. I will be upgrading my second tivo in January.
