OK, I posted complaining about the unacceptable hold times on the TiVo help line. So now I need to be 'fair and balanced' and say thanks to TiVo employee Mark Ronan, whom many of you apparently know on this forum. He read my post and personally contacted me with an offer to help. I've seen him do the same for others here as well. That, to me, is a great employee and deserves recognition. Nice job Mark. Mark if you read this please forward it to your boss. That is, unless you are the CEO of TiVo and answer to no one, in which case forward it to your wife.:)

TiVo's Mike Ramsey, as do other CEO's of public companies wish they answered to no one, but those pesky stock holders keep expecting profits. ;)
