Has anybody used any of the few places on the net that will upgrade my tivo to add a drive. I'm thinking of doing it, and they don't seem to charge that much to do it, and i'm not that familiar with opening it up myself.

Anybody have any compliments for any of the places?

smak, 9thTee has a good reputation. I believe their site refers you to one of the places that does updates. They also sell drives already blessed.
