My Tivo's hard drive is toast, I ignored it flaking for too long and now it doesn't even want to spin up. I'd appreciate it if someone could PM info on where I can find a image to install on the replacement drive. Thanks.

Images are hard to get, have you purchased the new HD yet? If not you might check the HD upgrades of the "Special Sponsors" (above) a replacement HD might be just what you need.

Where about in Michigan are you located were supposed to get several inches of snow tonight in Ann Arbor.

Thanks for all of the help. Although I was unable to get a drive image I was able to
resussitate my old drive using the manufacturer tools and linux long enough to copy it to
a new disk, which once installed works like a charm.
