Thank you E. Stephen Mack: Director, Service Operations. I was out of the TiVolution for 7 months and am now back in it due to your intervention. That new Series 2 with Version 4.01 is like day and night compared with my abandoned, old Series 1 with Version 3.

TV is now better than ever to watch.

Welcome back ha ha. Yeah I just got my first Tivo the day after Christmas and love it. I never watched much TV because when I had time to watch nothing was on. Now I can get home from work at 11:30pm and actually watch some quality shows!
