Please tell me I'm not the only one who has become addicted to this show. So much that I have several hours worth of episodes being recorded all night tonight. There's some delicious irony to me sitting here in an apartment that is smaller than some of the closets on that show, watching hours of extravagance. My current guilty pleasure show. Big time.

Yeah, I feel like one of those old Frosted Flakes commercials talking about how much I love it but my friends had better not find out.
I have always been rabidly anti-MTV but I saw an episode once when it was the only suggestion and I had already watched all my recorded stuff. Ever since I catch it every chance.
Shaq's place is my favorite so far.

Shaq's place was awesome.
I enjoy the show from a technical point of view. It's shot really, really well.

Shaq's house was nice. 67,000 square feet. Sheesh. It doesn't look that big from the outside at all. I liked his garage the best though. I do think some of the celebrities go a little overboard in their house, they spend very little time at all.

One of my favorite episodes was with Cee-Lo (goodie mob). He didn't seem to have let the money go to his head.
As for some of the other people featured, I see what they spent their money on and either feel like smacking them (Missy Elliot), or avoiding them like the plague (Ted Nugent).
And I think to myself, hey, if only I wasn't so lazy, I could be rich too :)

BTW, anyone see Shannon Elizabeth's place?
Who is that loser she's married to? Tell me he's some rock star or something. He looks like a gas station attendant.

So... I am doing something unhip buy having actual food in my refrigerator, instead of stocking it solely with beverages? Hmm... I also have no popsicles or hot pockets in my freezer. I'm destined to never be famous! :D
They have all started to blur together for me. But I was impressed by one woman (a model, I think - I have no idea who 80% of these people are, anyway), who had a respectable sized house and bought her shower curtains at Bed Bath & Beyond. That's where I bought my shower curtains too! In the midst of folks who were mostly just showing off how much money they have, her segment made me smile.
I will never get why people think that all gold rooms are anywhere near attractive. Or why anybody would want a living room that nobody ever uses. And some of them just need to give their kitchens to me right now, because I'll use them if they don't!

Best Cribs episode was Howard Sterns ripoff when they went to Beetle Juices house.

I tried to record the Terrel Owens one the other night but when I went to watch it the show didn't match the description.
I really want to find that one to see his cars.
Has anyone seen Terrel Owens and can confim what cars he has?

Is that a new esipode because I can't even find his name on cribs archive list.

If I recall correctly, TO has a S600 Benz, G500, and a VW Beetle (newer style) Convertable. It's been a while since I've seen that episode, though.
